When relationships become confusing, thoughtful clarity matters.

Biblical pastoral support for those navigating emotionally and spiritually complex relationships.

Many Christians find themselves in relationships that feel deeply confusing. They want to honour God, extend grace, and preserve unity, yet something about the relationship consistently leaves them feeling anxious, diminished, or unsure of themselves. Sometimes the struggle involves emotional manipulation. Sometimes it involves patterns of control, blame, or spiritual language being used in ways that create guilt or fear. These situations are often difficult to describe and even harder to navigate alone. This space exists to offer thoughtful, biblically grounded support for people who are trying to understand what they are experiencing and discern wise, healthy ways forward.

Articles

Articles are my way expressing some of my own experiences through challenging relationships. I trust that they will be an encouragement to those struggling and that they will be a reminder that your experiences are not unique, and you are not alone.

2

Work with me

I am not a licensed psychologist or counselor, but I am able to listen from a place of having experienced trauma through difficult relationships. I am available to provide a listening ear, and I have a heart to encourage and guide God's people through His word.

Speaking

My personal experiences have led me to search the Scriptures to understand complex relationships from the perspective of the heart of God. I am convinced that many church and small group leaders need a deeper biblical understanding of how to help people in such relationships. I am eager to provide support and a unique perspective through speaking opportunities.
