We are committed to providing value and clarity in all services offered.

1. Digital Products & Content

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable content, courses, guides), all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Coaching / Consulting Services
  • Refunds are not provided for completed sessions

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel future services by contacting us through the contact page, or by responding to the email that was used to set up the session.
